Sudan, MPP 30.000 ltr/day
In the middle of the country Sudan, Van der Ploeg International set up a complete milk processing plant, next to the dairy farm, to process 50.000 litres of raw milk per day. The dairy products which can be processed are:
- pasteurized standardized milk, • different kind of ice creams,
- set-yoghurt, • sour cream,
- ayran, • butter,
- hard yellow cheese (Gouda), • all being packed in different packages.
