Uzbekistan, MPP 10.000 ltr/day
In Uzbekistan Van der Ploeg International set up a milk processing plant including a pasteurizer, separator and homogenizer with a capacity of 1.500 litres per hour. The milk plant processes several dairy products for the local market, such as:
- pasteurized, standardized milk packed into cartons,
- kefir packed into cartons,
- soft white cheese (specially made in the Uzbek way for the local Uzbek market).
- processing of sour cream, packed into cartons of 250 ml.
